Boarding for your furry family

When relocating to another country or purchasing a pet from an overseas breeder, finding safe, long-term accommodation for your dog or cat can be a significant challenge. In several countries around the world, we provide a trusted solution — partnering exclusively with carefully selected, high-quality carers who meet our standards for safety, welfare, and professionalism.

For many owners, the idea of their beloved companion staying in a traditional boarding kennel for several months can feel overwhelming. That’s why we have two primary boarding partners, both located in Poland, where pets are cared for in a nurturing environment while they await travel to Australia or New Zealand. We have personally toured both of these properties to ensure the standard of care we seek for our passengers. These homes provide long-term stability, individualized attention, and genuine affection — ensuring your pet feels secure and well-loved during their stay.

In Poland, we have welcomed pets from a wide range of countries. Some arrive from European Union breeders who are unable to accommodate an additional dog or cat for the required waiting period, while others come from countries where direct export to Australia or New Zealand is not possible. Most commonly, we have cared for pets from Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus, but we have also supported families from further afield, including China, India, and Nepal.

Our experienced team works closely with trusted regional experts to manage every detail of the complex travel requirements for Australia and New Zealand. Through careful coordination and attention to regulatory standards, we ensure each step of the process is handled smoothly and accurately, giving owners confidence and peace of mind.

Due to the high standard of care provided by our Polish boarding homes, availability can be limited. We strongly recommend planning in advance to secure a place and avoid disappointment, however we will do our best to accommodate you.

No matter where your pet is coming from — or how many companions are making the journey — we are committed to providing the love, safety, and dedicated care they deserve while they wait to be reunited with you.

Boarding for Cats

When cats are often more sensitive souls, it is important that they are kept in a safe and clean environment. A high-quality cattery is defined first and foremost by its commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. From the moment you enter our partner’s cattery in Poland, you notice the fresh, odor-free environment and the organized layout, designed with feline comfort in mind. Each cat is housed in a clean, well-ventilated space that is thoroughly disinfected before a new guest arrives. Surfaces are easy to sanitize, bedding is freshly laundered, and litter trays are cleaned multiple times a day to maintain optimal sanitary conditions.

Our partner follows strict hygiene protocols to protect the health of every cat in their care. Food and water bowls are washed and disinfected regularly, and fresh water is provided throughout the day. Staff members practice careful handling procedures, washing or sanitizing their hands between interacting with different cats to prevent the spread of germs. Cats are monitored daily for any signs of illness, and vaccination requirements are typically in place to ensure a safe environment for all residents.

Beyond cleanliness, our partner prioritizes the overall wellbeing of its feline guests. Spacious enclosures, climbing structures, and quiet resting areas allow cats to feel secure and relaxed. Clean air circulation, natural light, and a calm atmosphere further contribute to their comfort. By combining rigorous hygiene standards with attentive, compassionate care, a reputable cattery creates a safe, healthy, and stress-free temporary home for every cat.

Boarding for Dogs

Our Polish in-home boarding option for dogs is brought to you by fellow dog lovers, who offer a warm, nurturing alternative to traditional kennels — one where every dog is treated as a cherished member of the household. From the moment a dog arrives, they become part of a family environment filled with familiar routines, comfortable sleeping spaces, and plenty of attention. Unlike large, commercial boarding facilities, in-home boarding allows dogs to experience everyday life in a home setting: shared living spaces, gentle interactions with caregivers, and the constant companionship of people who genuinely enjoy their company.

One of the most heart-warming aspects of in-home boarding is the individualized care dogs receive. Our hosts take time to learn each dog’s personality, preferences, and routines, whether that means regular cuddles on the couch, playtime in the yard, or leisurely walks. Meals and treats are given with care, and accommodations are tailored to what makes each dog feel secure — from cozy beds next to family members to quiet corners for rest. This personalized attention helps reduce stress and makes it easier for dogs to settle in and feel comfortable whilst they wait to travel to Australia or New Zealand.

Beyond the physical comforts, dogs in these home boarding setups benefit from real emotional connection. They are part of daily rhythms, enjoying affection, social interaction, and consistent supervision that mirrors life in a loving home. Caregivers often provide regular updates and photos to owners, so they can see their pets thriving in this supportive environment. For many dogs, this kind of home-based care not only keeps them happy and safe but also fosters deeper trust, making it a wonderful option for dog owners seeking both peace of mind and exceptional, family-like treatment for their beloved companions.
