  • Travel time for your furry family member/s will depend on where they are travelling to/from. Due to the distance of Australia and New Zealand from many parts of the world, it is common for them to have a stopover on route.

During these stopovers, your pet will be taken back to the pet lounge where they will be given their own suite to stretch their legs, toilet, have some food and rest. The team members handling your beloved pet on this stop are all highly trained with all types of breeds and personalities, to be able to help keep your pet as comfortable as possible

  • We do work with a variety of airlines, choosing them for their safety, pet care/comfort and routing.

Depending on your origin and destination will determine which airlines are available to us to choose from. It is always our preference to have your pet/s travelling on the shortest possible route.

  • Due to the travel requirements into and out of Australia and New Zealand, there is typically not someone on the plane with them, as this would only add significant expense to the move and not provide a benefit.

Pets travel in and out of Australia and New Zealand as ‘manifest cargo’, so that they are traceable through their entire journey. During any stopovers, they are taken to the pet lounge, which are biosecurity areas, hence the public are not allowed in. Consequently, having a pet nanny on these flights will not assist your pet/s, but it is an option available if you desire.

  • When engaging our full services, we provide a handheld service to guide you and/or your breeder through all steps of the transport process.

We will provide you with specific yet easy to follow directions, including dates and instructions to take to your vet.

We will check all work through this process to ensure compliance with strict biosecurity regulations. Additionally where possible, we will provide you with pre-filled paperwork.

Part of our services also include permit and quarantine obtention, along with booking flights and arranging your pet’s travels.

Our services are complete to make this move as stress free and as simple as possible.

For best results, it is ideal to contact before commencing so that we can ensure that everything is correct from the beginning (to avoid any disappointing news down the track).
