ImportsImporting cats and dogs to Australia and New Zealand can be quite a long process, with many requirements to meet along the way.
We work with breeders, families and professional facilities all around the world to walk the animal's caretakers through each step, providing concise instructions and exact dates, from the very beginning of the process through until your pets are home. We will cover all steps from start to finish, to ensure that nothing is missed. Additionally, we work with several facilities around the world to be able to board your pet and provide vet work as required. As part of this, we specialise in arrivals from non-approved countries, such as Russia and China. |
ExportsDue to our low biosecurity risk countries, exports out of Australia and New Zealand are typically a faster process compared to bringing animals in from overseas.
We have compassionate and trustworthy team members in each of our capital cities to be able to collect your pet, complete all final preparations and load them onto their flight out of the country. During this process, we will provide clear and exact instructions for any work that you may need to complete (depending on the destination) and complete all required steps. |
